The professional regulations can be viewed on the website of the Chamber of Auditors (www.wpk.de).

The professional liability insurance is held by the HDI Versicherung AG, HDI-Platz 1, 30659 Hannover. The territorial scope of the insurance protection covers activities in the member states of the European Union and thus meets at least the requirements of § 54 of the Wirtschaftsprüferordnung (WPO) in conjunction with the Ordinance on Professional Liability Insurance for Accountants and Certified Public Accountants (WPBHV).
