During this time, he has accumulated extensive experience in auditing annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with national and international accounting standards, in special audits, and in the implementation and testing of internal control systems. Another focus of his work is providing tax advice to real estate companies and investment companies, as well as assisting with balance sheet and closing-related issues. In doing so, he combines his long-standing audit experience with tax expertise and a strong understanding of business-related issues – with the aim of developing pragmatic and sustainable solutions even in complex matters.

Stefan Grönke is an entrepreneur with a heart and soul. As a student, he already founded his first companies and thus gained key experience for his current activities. In parallel, he began his career in renowned banks and corporate advisory firms in a national and international context. As a tax advisor, he primarily advises entrepreneurs and wealthy private individuals on tax planning in the national and international environment. In doing so, he places particular emphasis on family businesses, foundations, and real estate.

As an auditor/tax advisor with more than 30 years of professional experience, Matthias Müller has extensive experience in tax advisory, auditing, and business consulting for individuals and companies. His goal is always to find the optimal solution for each client. In doing so, he takes into account both the tax and private and/or business situation of the client.

Anja Holl’s long-standing career as a tax advisor and business consultant is characterized primarily by a solution-oriented and pragmatic approach to entrepreneurial as well as personal and private situations. Each consulting case is different and therefore requires an individual solution tailored to the client’s wishes and life situation.

Luca Eckrich’s advice is characterized by many years of experience as a lawyer in leading business advisory law firms. He advises national and international clients on restructuring, corporate acquisitions and divestitures (M&A), as well as on contentious disputes related to these activities (M&A Litigation). Other areas of expertise include commercial intellectual property law, particularly copyright and intellectual property, contract law, and general civil law.

Nico Zeiskes’s advice is characterized by his experience in leading regional law firms as well as as a syndic attorney for an SDAX company. He advises national and international clients on the legal structuring of entrepreneurial decision-making processes, the drafting and review of contracts, and the implementation of legal requirements in corporate practice. Svenja Burtchen’s advice is characterized by her experience in leading mid-sized law firms in the region as well as in the corporate practice of one of the world’s largest automakers. She advises national and international clients in the field of individual employment law, particularly in the drafting and review of employment, termination, and severance agreements, as well as in termination protection proceedings before the labor courts. In addition, Svenja Burtchen advises on residence-related issues for international employees and assists companies in applying for employee transfer licenses.
