Your profile

  • Successfully passed tax advisory exam
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Steuerberatung oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und Mandantenbetreuung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Entscheidungsfreude und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Safe handling of DATEV, MS Office and digital tools
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für wirtschaftliche und personelle Entscheidungen
  • Strategisches Denken und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung der Gesellschaft
  • Interesse an langfristiger Zusammenarbeit

Your tasks

  • Professional and disciplinary management of a site (approx. 10-15 employees)
  • Primary contact for clients, financial management and external partners
  • Preparation and review of annual financial statements, tax returns and management reports
  • Strategic development of the firm, personnel management, and process optimization
  • Support and development of an own client base
  • Gesamtverantwortung für Organisation, Finanzen, Personal und Kanzleientwicklung (mit Hilfe der Muttergesellschaft)
  • Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie in Abstimmung mit der Muttergesellschaft
  • Budgetplanung, Liquiditätssteuerung und Controlling (mit Hilfe der Muttergesellschaft)
  • Verantwortung für Qualitätssicherung, Kanzleisoftware und Digitalisierung (mit Hilfe der Muttergesellschaft)
  • Repräsentation der Kanzlei nach außen (Kammern, Verbände, Netzwerkveranstaltungen)
